I’m here to tell your story, one frame at a time. My love for photography started at a young age, drawn to its magical ability to freeze time and capture love in all its wild, beautiful forms. For me, each click of the shutter is a moment of discovery—whether it's the quiet intimacy between two people or the raw energy of life unfolding in front of me.
When I'm not behind the camera, you’ll find me with a cup of tea in hand, soaking in the stillness of the morning. I’m a mountain lover at heart so I love a good hike. In my free time you’ll find me out on the water, white-water rafting—it's something truly invigorating for me. There's nothing quite like the rush of navigating the rapids, feeling both the thrill of the adventure and the serenity of nature all around me. It’s a reminder that life is full of wild, unpredictable moments, and I carry that same sense of excitement and spontaneity into my photography.
But what truly excites me every day is looking through the viewfinder and seeing all the unique, authentic faces that come my way. It never gets old—witnessing the personalities, emotions, and stories that each person brings to a session is a reminder of how beautiful and diverse the human experience is. It's an honor to capture those moments, and I can't wait to tell your story next.
Where it all began
Like many photographers, my journey began at a young age. I started by capturing the beauty of nature and the moments with my family, simply because I loved how a single frame could hold so much meaning. As I got older, my friends started asking me to take pictures for them, and I was hooked. Their photos began appearing on Instagram, and I realized how much I enjoyed not just the act of taking pictures, but the connection I could create by sharing those moments.
In high school, I had the incredible opportunity to work alongside a local photographer who covered our school's sporting events. His wife, who was my English teacher, had heard about my growing interest in photography and introduced us. He was generous enough to invite me to shoot alongside him on Friday nights at the football games, even lending me one of his cameras. That hands-on experience was a turning point for me—watching how he worked, capturing the energy of the game, and having the chance to experiment with professional gear solidified my desire to pursue photography seriously.
From there, I couldn’t look back. I invested in my own gear, built a website, and began working with clients to hone my craft. Each session, each new project felt like another step closer to where I am today—telling people’s stories through my lens. My journey has been a mix of passion, practice, and opportunity, and I’m so grateful for all of it. It’s been an amazing ride, and I’m excited to see where it takes me next.
My Style
My photography is all about capturing authentic, real moments that tell a unique and personal story. I approach each session with the belief that photography is a time machine—it allows you to revisit emotions, details, and memories that would otherwise fade away. My style blends moody, film-inspired tones with a mix of editorial and documentary-style posing, creating images that feel both timeless and true to life. I focus on those unposed, natural moments—the quiet exchanges, the candid joy, and the raw emotions—that reflect the beauty of life in its purest form. Whether it’s a wedding, a portrait session, or any other special occasion, my goal is to capture the essence of who you are and preserve those fleeting moments that you’ll treasure for years to come.

At GCM Photography, my mission is to capture life’s most authentic moments—whether it's the quiet intimacy of a couple or the energy of a wedding day—through a lens that is both creative and true to the story at hand. With a passion for preserving memories and a style that blends moody, film-inspired tones with a documentary influence, I aim to create timeless images that reflect the unique personalities and emotions of every client. My goal is to make every photo session an experience where you feel comfortable, celebrated, and seen, knowing that the moments we capture together will last a lifetime.

Book With Me!
The first step of my process begins with you making the choice to book with me!
Pre-Shoot
After you send me an email saying you want to book with me I send you a few emails discussing when, where, and answering any questions you may have including what to wear (my contract is included in these)!
The Shoot
This is the fun part! Bring whoever you want/need to make it the most fun and comfortable for you! We will shoot and I will help you pose don't worry!
Post
Processing+ Feedback
We go home and I work my magic on the computer editding all of your photos. I share them on an online gallery. You'll get two emails; one is the link to your photos and the other is a form for a review.
